Booked a flight for my parents from Europe to Australia. My parents were first time flyers, minimal English and on their own. They had 2 connections, 1st in Istanbul and 2nd in Kuala Lumpur. The very kind lady form Jetabroad rung both airlines on multiple occasions to make sure someone was going to wait for my parents and help them to find their way to the next flight. All 3 flights were late and the last two boarding passes were missing, but because of the real-time communication between Jetabroad and the airlines, and myself, my parents got all the help and support and they made it! Without this help my parents would have missed their flight for sure! I am extremely pleased with the service and care we received. I cannot thank enough the lady from Jetabroad for her support!
